Very Happy with Reggie for the 2nd time! In 2015 I finally decided to purchase a New vehicle. In almost 40 years of occasionally looking at new cars I had never stayed on the lot more than 45 In 2015 I finally decided to purchase a New vehicle. In almost 40 years of occasionally looking at new cars I had never stayed on the lot more than 45 minutes before leaving in disgust. I had already looked at Chevys and had planned on hitting the Dodge dealership after Kelly Ford. As it was I never had to do so. Reggie Morton greeted me as I walked in, listened to my rather gauge discription of what I thought I wanted. We then spent the better part of 2 (3?) Hours looking at Escapes and Edges. Then I test drove an Escape Titainium. Nice! By then I was most comfortable with Reggie and we entered the next stage. Reggie introduced me to Charlie (sales manager) before starting serious discusions about my trade-in and final price after dealer discounts. All that went well. Accutally it went way better than I could have hoped for. The exact car I wanted had to be brought in from another dealer but I was OK with that. During the next 3 years I had no problems with my Escape. Routine maintenance was performed without any surprises or additional cost. Last year I traded the Escape for a F-150 Guy Harvey Limited Edition. It doesn't have all of the Bells and Whistle's the Escape had, but it has suited my needs nicely. And I'm still very happy with Ford products, Reggie as a salesman and everyone in the service department. I'd like to point out that the Ecoboost engines DO deliver the estimated mpg when driven easy, but have all the power you could possibly want when pulling a trailer up an expressway ramp. Oh, and 4 wheel disc brakes WILL "stop on a dime!" More

Went to the bank directly and got a loan in minutes with 12% less interest than these guys said they could get. Classic scam artists, stay away, you’ve been warned. More
