I am a three peat customer and my buying experience gets better and better! Reggie/Kaz make a good team: Reggie told me they could get me in a new car for a lower interest rate and Kaz set up Hyundai app on better and better! We wasted an evening looking at a car that we were assured was one price then they started pulling out all of the 'discounts' that we didn't qualify for which raised the price of the car by over $5,00 assured was one price then they started pulling out all of the 'discounts' that we didn't qualify for which raised the price of the car by over $5,000!!! They are VERY DECEITFUL and DISHONEST in spelling out the true price of a vehicle in their ads and they do not tell you the truth until you are down to the very last piece of paper!! DISHONEST and MISLEADING!!! To make it worse, the 'sales manager', TYLER, whom we told Reggie from the start, had worked with my wife's father on 3 DIFFENENT NEW CARS he had bought from him, didn't even have the courtesy to come introduce himself or even try to cool things over when things got heated about all of their HIDDEN, DECEITFUL 'DISCOUNTS' that they ADDED BACK IN!! (Basically, you would have to be a Vietnam Vet, still active duty, front line worker, Uber driver, high school senior and basically 'mow your lawn every Tuesday at noon' type of ridiculous 'discounts' to qualify for all they had HIDDEN in their 'Dealer discount'!!! They wouldn't even discount for the over 8,000 miles this "NEW" Santa Fe had on it!!!!! This Santa Fe SEL has been for sale since Feb 2 (2.5 months) and they had put an extra 3,400 miles on it since the original listing and HAD NOT UPDATED IT to show the actual miles it had on it!!!...so I am guessing we are not the first to be DECEIVED about this particular vehicle!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!) p.s. Reggie was very pleasant but DECEITFUL when I mentioned several times the price of the car and he never corrected us or told us about the 'discounts' they take away at the bottom line!!! More

Best service I've ever experienced! Came in to see Reggie about test driving a new vehicle. Wasn't sure if you all had quite what I wanted but this would've been my third Hyundai purcha Came in to see Reggie about test driving a new vehicle. Wasn't sure if you all had quite what I wanted but this would've been my third Hyundai purchase. Reggie was pretty busy so Kaz came in to help and he treated me like family. Reggie and Cody made me a deal I could not refuse, so I came back at 8:40 on Friday night and Kaz, Cody and Jacob literally jumped through hoops and stayed late to get me into my car. Came back on Monday at lunch to get my car detailed and as I waited, Kaz got lunch for us so I wouldn't go back to work hungry. Never have I ever been treated so kindly and fairly and I will always be thankful and never forget! More

He also stated to me that I had to "qualify" for the lower Hyundai incentives before "qualifying" for the dealer discount, which also was posted. These are two separate incentives and are not linked according to Hyundai Corporate. Internet Price $25,941 MSRP $34,735 Discounts $7,294 Retail Bonus Cash $1,500 College Grad Program $400 Military Incentive $500 First Responders Program $500 Hyundai Valued Owner Coupon $500 Or Finance For: $343 / month ** Nothing on their website explained any of this. Jacob Stalsworth in finance worked to get me what I feel like was a good deal since I wanted the full warranty. I kept them late and they were very gracious about it. Reggie has been keeping in regular contact with me since to make sure I am happy with the car and he always makes me laugh - great guy. I love the car so much! I had a great experience here and will be back. Some minor frustrations to work on: We called early and asked them to have the car ready, when we got there it was not ready - we even called earlier that day to tell them we would be by to see it, and then called again when we were on the way to make sure they had it pulled around to the front, and it was not. I did not expect the car to be fully detailed or anything, but buying a brand new vehicle, it definitely could have been cleaner and vacuumed out. Also, the finance document has no space for you to write so they got my paperwork wrong two different times, which was just stuff like middle initial and address, etc, nothing to be shady, it just seemed like a clunky process with an easy fix. More
