I was looking for a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited and had very specific things that were important to me, and, most importantly, second-row captain's chairs. I initially thought I had found the right vehicle, only to realize after putting down a deposit that it had a second-row bench seat. I was honestly pretty upset with myself and worried that I had made a mistake. Regi's response could not have been better. He completely understood why the captain's chairs mattered for my family and immediately offered to search for another vehicle rather than trying to convince me to settle for something I didn't really want.
