The hardest part of getting the car you want, is hoping you can afford it. Mr. Reggie Willains made me feel quite at home when discussing all my financing options. He explained what each and every document I was to sign and receive meant. While in his office I felt included in every part of the transaction. Originally I was considering going through my credit union. I went online and looked at the options that were available at both the credit union and the dealership. I decided to give the dealership financing a try and was pleasantly suprised. The financing was extremely reasonable and the process was very easy. Although I use a computer everyday, the ease with with the paperwork was generated helped me to have yet another pleasant experience to share from the Ford Lincoln Dealership. I first went to the dealership two years ago when they first opened, I believe my wife and I were one of their forst customers. Ms. Girnus took care of us, both senior citizens, most graciously. Ms Girnus explained everything redarding the lease to us and what options we had. We received a good price . We leased a 20ll "Lincoln" for two years. The service department was more than adequate and I always returned for the oil changes. We were so happy with the service we received at the dealership we returned at the end of our lease and leased another "Lincoln." Again the service was excellent, all the people we were in contact with were friendly and knowlegable and the coffe fresh. Ms Girnus, Mr.Williams and Mr. Li are true professionals.
