This dealership provided excellent service. They were courteous and very responsive to my questions through out the entire process. All charges and options were explained ahead of purchasing the vehicle courteous and very responsive to my questions through out the entire process. My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle. We went to several dealers and were turned off by the quality of service provided. We happen to come across Ford Lincoln of quenns and was immideately impressed several dealers and were turned off by the quality of service provided. We happen to come across Ford Lincoln of quenns and was immideately impressed with the warmness and professionalism of Jose Ocasio. He was patient courteous, and had exceptional knowledge of the product and services. It was a real joy and pleasure doing business with him. I will definately recommend him and the company to members of my congregation. I was also impressed with Reginald Williams. I had a great experience at this dealership. They were friendly and accommodating. Salesman Ken Sweeney was straightforward and just a nice guy. I give Ira Diggs the highest rating because he understood that I was in my vehicle (Yukon) for eight years and was having a difficult time giving up my large vehicle to go to something smaller. He worked within my budget to help me drive away with a very lovely Ford Edge. He explained every step and help me to understand all my choices and what would be included in my vehicle and what accessories I could add if I was interested in doing so. He was always just a phone call away for any questions that I had. Mr. Reggie Williams should be given an award for being understanding becaue he is dealing with money. He is very understanding, and dont push. He works within the Ford perimeters and understand your means. But he keeps it honest and forthright. I could not have asked for two better people to work with in Ford/Lincoln. You don't leave feeling like you be used or that you may have made a bad decision. They were very descriptive in their explanations and worked with me to make sure I had something I could afford and payments that worked within my budget. Once again thank you to Ira & Reggie. Mike Duff is a consummate professional. After noticing a significant paint blemish on the Focus I took delivery of yesterday, my heart sank, thinking I’d have to go through a painful process to rectify the situation. I was pleasantly surprised when communicating the situation to Mike, who unflinchingly addressed the issue—and resolved it. You have a great sales manger in Mike. And, believe me, I’ve experience less-than-great car sales folks—particularly once they have your money. Accolades also go to Agata Spina, who followed up promptly to my internet inquiry; and also to Reggie Williams, who was very patient with us (I was assisting my elderly father purchase the car, and Reggie was very sensitive to time issues). Great Experience!! Went through three leases in 9 years and this Dealership by far is the best. I submitted an inquiry online and within minutes received a response from Agata Spina. I explained what I wanted and she quickly had Jose Ocasio call me, within 24 hours, I drove home not with one car but with two cars. I traded in one car and another with a lease end. I recently took delivery of my new 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid. I love the car. Unfortunately, Ford didn't do such a great job building it on the time schedule they promised it. However, the guys at Ford Lincoln of Queens made sure I was well informed and always made sure to stay on top of Ford with regard to build and delivery dates. In the end I got the perfect car. The dealer experience was excellent, particularly the help that my salesman, Ken Sweeney provided. I actually plan to return to the dealership in a few months to lease an Explorer. More

I called the dealership while doing my due diligence for a 2013 Escape not expecting to purchase from them. This all changed when I spoke with Jose Ocasio. He was friendly, honest, answered all of my questions and went out of his way to alleviate any stress I would have with leasing a new car. He delivered as promised. What I found funny, was as I went back to my original contacted dealers, they all raised questions about my deal and implied I would not receive the car as promised. One other point worth mentioning is the excellent service delivered by dealership, from Jose to the Credit Manger,Reginald Wiliiams to their synch specialist, Zhen Yu Li, yes a synch specialist who explained how to use all the features on the car. If you are looking for a good dealership and a friendly, honest sales person who is able to work within your budget then Jose is your man. I cannot say what the future holds for my experience with my new Ford escape but if it follows the sales process, I know I will be an extremely satisfied Ford Owner. More
