Stressful time made easier Unfortunately, I totaled my previous ford fusion in an accident. It was a very stressful time as my job forces me to drive all day everyday. I did not know how or what kind of car I was going to get next or what type of payments I will have to make. I had so many questions and decisions to make with regards to my previous car, car insurance, tow yard, and the police. I was stressed out to say the least. Tom Cinelli at Ford Queens made my transition as smooth as can be and I couldn't have been happier with how fast and easy the process to get a new car was. I highly recommend this dealership as many employees offered a hand to help me out while I spent some time at the dealership. Overall, my experience was a great one and it made a tough time in my life a little easier. More

Earlier this week I again leased a Lincoln through Liz Girnus, my longtime salesperson. She is simply the most skilled and finest motor vehicle salesperson I've ever dealt with - and my recent experience with her and the staff at Ford Lincoln of Queens was as good as ever. Sales person was dishonest Shopped for ford explorer. I told them i was not interested in purchasing right away but would do so in next couple of weeks because i was waiting to Shopped for ford explorer. I told them i was not interested in purchasing right away but would do so in next couple of weeks because i was waiting to close on my mortgage. I explained the importance repeatedly of not having anothing hit my credit until after I closed . Liz asked if I could at least fill out paperwork so she could book the sale in December but promised she would not run my credit until I called to tell her it was ok. We had that conversation for 3 days. She called on 1/2/17 and said she wanted to use it for her bonus and again promised not to run my credit until I told her to. On that same day, she gave my file to finance to run my credit after we explicitly agreed that not happen. Then she and Reggie tried to convince me it was no big deal and refused to fix it with Ford Financial. Liz admitted Reggie that she "forgot" to tell him not to run my credit. I would never recommend this place. This was the stereotypical experience of an auto dealership. Dishonest. To add insult to injury Reggie couldn't tell me what he said to Ford Financial, refused to give me a letter that they ran my credit in error and wouldn't let me speak to a manager. They failed to comprehend what damage they have done or could careless. They can take the Explorer and shove it sideways. I've already made a complaint with Ford Financial, Ford Customer Relations and I will also be filing a complaint with every city and state regulatory agency I can think of including but not limited to the NY state Attorney General, DMV and Consumer Affairs. They seemed to not care about complaints, let's see how long that will hold true. I have witnesses to the whole fiasco from beginning to end. More
