My initial inquiry about the car was on-line and Tom responded promptly, answered all my questions and provided me with a fabulous offer. We had great communications throughout the process, on-line over the phone and in person as was needed. Tom actually was nice enough to go out of his way to pick me up from and drop me off at the LIRR station that was not too far away so that I could meet with him and see the car that we were talking about.Tom provided me with a terrific deal and everything offered was provided in our deal without any hidden issues or any additional haggling required. In fact, no haggling was necessary at all. Reggie Williams, who handled the financial aspect when we were paying for the car, was also great to deal with. This process was fast with no pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. All in all this was a smooth, trouble free process. Both gentlemen I dealt with were terrific to deal with and were honest and knowledgeable. I would gladly recommend them and this dealership to anyone and everyone I meet. I usually take forever to make a decision on a big purchase like this, but Tom provided me with such a great deal and was so nice to deal with that I ended up driving away with a great car just a few days after we first spoke.
