Although the transaction took longer than expected, it was not their issue. It was very busy Saturday at the dealership and it just took longer to make things happen. Very customer Focused which is what sold me to McLarty. I dreaded to go and look because of past buying at previous dealerships. Rick and JT got what I needed for me to buy. There was not a lot of back and forth hassle, Reid Bradley was my finance guy, he has exceptional customer service and interacts with his customers and I didn’t feel just like a number!
