Awesome experience This was by far the best service I’ve ever had. I’m saying this because I’ve used Toyota dealerships in Miami Florida, east point and now McDonough. He really took his time with explaining to me the items that most importantly needed to be repaired ASAP and those that could wait. Service advisor Reid is the best. Always explains and gives options. Customers used to be able to select an advisor while making appointment on line. That is no longe Reid is the best. Fast Service I went in for an update on my car, I saw Reid and he had my car in the shop quick. I asked about leaving and he said that was fine and he would call I went in for an update on my car, I saw Reid and he had my car in the shop quick. I asked about leaving and he said that was fine and he would call me, We didn't get too far when he called and said the job was complete. Awesome to work with Reid and got my car back quickly. More
