My initial interactions when checking my car in were positive. Everyone seemed nice and friendly. The things I didn't like are as follows: - When I called to ask clarifying questions about the services recommended for my car, the representative had an impatient tone with me that I didn't appreciate. - The prices for service were very high. - I was not updated about when my car might be ready. - I was not notified when my car was ready to be picked up. - After verbal agreement of getting the 3rd service rather than just two, I did not receive an updated document to sign off on the 3rd service. Remy did not appear to be very hospitable. Let me stand there in front of him as if he did not know I was there. Josh did the same thing last year when I was dealing with him.
