When we first got there, Quincy Jones made us feel very welcome and gained our trust. He answered our many questions and even though it was close to them closing he patiently took his time. We all then shook hands and decided to finalized everything the next day as it was Mother’s Day. That’s where we met Izzy and Elisa. Later when Brandt was busy with another customer, I received help from Ben, Izzy and Ren, some of the sales managers.
