When I go to Findlay Nissan for service, I am greeted by Chris Polascik before I turn off the ignition. Chris always treats me courteously and explains his answers to all of my questions. I do wish the Sales department would stop trying to sell me a newer model as I intend to drive my Rogue for quite a very long time.
