Exceptional Service, Even at 1AM – That’s Real Dedication! I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service we received from Rene Dedication! I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service we received from Rene Holliday Perez, a Sales Product Specialist at McGrath St. Charles, during the purchase of our brand-new 2025 Honda Pilot Elite on May 23, 2025. What started as a casual visit — we were simply browsing — quickly turned into a purchase, thanks to Rene’s professionalism, patience, and respectful approach. He was never pushy, which made a huge difference. Rene took the time to truly listen to what we liked and didn’t like, and he was incredibly transparent throughout the entire process, which didn’t wrap up until 1:00 AM. Despite the late hour, he remained attentive and supportive the entire time. What stood out the most was Rene’s ability to make the process feel personal. During the test drive, he asked thoughtful questions about us, and it felt more like chatting with a genuine friend than talking to a salesman. He clearly explained every detail — pricing, financing, warranty — and made sure we were never confused or rushed. His ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish also made the experience smooth and inclusive for everyone involved. Even after the sale, they followed up to make sure I was satisfied and everything was running smoothly. That kind of service shows they truly care about their customers—not just making a sale. Another person I’d like to commend is Aldo Mendoza, the Car Sales Manager. When Rene called him around 12:45 AM, Aldo answered without hesitation — that’s true leadership. Aldo took the time to listen to my concerns about some stains and marks I noticed on the vehicle. He didn’t just offer vague reassurances — he acted. Aldo personally investigated the issue, coordinated with the head of detailing, and ensured the problem was resolved promptly and professionally. His proactive approach and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. Both Rene and Aldo made us feel respected and valued throughout the entire experience. I am extremely happy with the outcome and grateful for their dedication. Thank you again for your outstanding service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rene Holliday Perez, Aldo Mendoza, and the entire team at McGrath St. Charles to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. You’ve earned a loyal customer. More
