She has been extremely helpful to me through the entire process, even after I took ownership of the vehicle. She is more than willing to answer any and all questions, and even placed a parts order for me through the parts department, so that I didn't have to go through the hassle. I filled out my paperwork one day, and within a couple of days had my car personally delivered to me in Rhode Island. That is 5-Star Service! Unbelievable sales experience with Renee Acciardo. I started the process remote, visited Norwood to see the vehicles in person and then finished remote. While at the dealership, Renee proved to be very started the process remote, visited Norwood to see the vehicles in person and then finished remote. I didn’t like the Seoul Silver after all, and Renee was only too willing to go to the storage lot and get an Eiger Gray for me to look at. Much better! After returning home, Renee was happy to answer several rounds of emailed questions and we closed the deal via email. The business side (again remote) was handled very efficiently by Michael Knutson. Once transaction was closed, Renee and Product Specialist Cory actually delivered the car to me in New York City! Amazing! Over and above! I can’t say enough good things about Renee and the team at Land Rover Norwood. I would heartily recommend Norwood to anyone in the market for a new Range Rover! More
