When the country is paused due to Covid and my lease was up, Norwood Land Rover, Renee and James were able to work magic and get me into the car I wanted for the price. It was a little different not going t up, Norwood Land Rover, Renee and James were able to work magic and get me into the car I wanted for the price. It was a little different not going to the dealership but I must admit it worked and it was easy. The staff at Norwood are the cream of the crop. Renee was fantastic as usual, this is our 3rd car from her and I couldn’t imagine using a different sales person. The car delivery guy was awesome as well, I don’t remember his name but he was professional and knowledgeable. James was great finding the best deal for me. I may have asked too many questions but I’m the end it all worked it out and I love my new car! Thank you and stay safe! More

Within 1 minute of meeting Renee, I knew I was in good hands. We test drove 4 cars that morning, and she knew the ins and outs, pros and cons, and evolution of each make and model. Once I found "the one", the paperwork was as easy as can be. When it came time for the car to be delivered, she drove the vehicle to me, and went through all of the details. She even offered to come back out to review the car once I had it for a few weeks. She called me a few weeks later to make sure I was happy. Talk about service! Renee is a true professional through and through. She ensures that her clients are happy, and takes pride in the brand she represents. More
