I started working for this dealership back in April of 2005 out of concern for the clients who've been thrown into cars but never knowing as to how this worked or how that worked. And this came out of hearing about my friends or friends of my friends purchasing vehicles from dealerships but weren't getting an understanding about the gadgets that the vehicle came with. So I got into this business because I wanted to make a difference in the lives of those who purchased a vehicle from me. I wanted the client to know what they were buying so that they could impress their friends whenever asked " how does this work or what is that?". I wanted to assist others to not only get a new or a pre-owned vehicle, but also I wanted them to know what they were buying. So I became and expert per Chrysler in the Jeep, RAM, and UConnect because in this profession it's not about me, it's about the client

I know the finance guys at dealerships get a bad rep but Ken my finance guy put that bad reputation to rest. He was very understanding and not super pushy. He understood my situation and we were done in less than 10 minutes. Couldn't be happier!!! 10/10 would Recommend More
