Friendly and helpful We went in looking for a 4-door vehicle because baby + Wrangle wasn’t a good fit for us. The salesman (Phillip Binford-no longer there) was terrific. We went in looking for a 4-door vehicle because baby + Wrangle wasn’t a good fit for us. The salesman (Phillip Binford-no longer there) was terrific. He worked with us to get a certified used Cherokee at a fair price. The finance gentleman (James Dellow) was helpful and made the process simple and easy. The only snag in the entire procedure was with the title office. They were supposed to take care of the paperwork and get the new plates. We were told that it “could take up to a month, but almost never takes that long”. We weren’t concerned because the temporary registration and plates were good for a month. When the month was almost up, I called for an update and got the runaround from the title office and was brushed off because “it hasn’t been a month yet”. I called when the entire month was up and was told that the title clerk had left for the day and no one else could assist me. The next morning I called back, explaining that I was concerned about my now un-registered vehicle. The lady who answered told me that a batch of plates had come in several days ago, but the only one who could help me was the title clerk. My called was transferred and went to voicemail. I hung up, called back, and was transferred to Renny. Within minutes, he found my plates and had them overnighted to us. He was professional, friendly, and obviously capable. Fortunately it was an overall good experience, marred only by the title clerk’s poor performance. I would’ve rated the customer service 5/5 stars if it wasn’t for the title clerk. More

They go out of their way I have been dealing with World Jeep since they day they opened. Bottom line, never once have we ever experienced anything other than help, honesty, professionalism, and 5 star care. That's why we purchase two cars at a time from WJ and will continue doing so. Joe Wajda, managing partner, Lou, the service mgr, Renny Henderson, Sales mgr, TJ, Sales Rep., and the entire service team all are great to deal with. I highly recommend WJ to my family and friends. UNPROFESSIONAL If I could give it negative stars I would! I am a 40 year old man and I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life. This by far was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a dealer! I was working with TJ (Sales Rep) who is a great guy and really felt bad with how this went down! Test drove a Charger and loved it. So through text, all of the info including my current vehicle buy out, remaining payments, etc... and where I need to be with the Charger (15k mikes, Money down etc...) were given to the Manager (Renny Henderson). He quoted my a monthly payment I was comfortable with and I was coming in the next day to purchase the car. BTW - I also gave $500 deposit to hold car. Next day there is a different manager there (Shane Henderson) who says he can't do what was quoted via email from Renny. UNBELIEVABLE!!! After a lot of back and fourth and a few expletives (Said by me) he gives me another monthly payment number that I was going to think about and get back to him the next day. Next Day- Now Renny is back and says they never calculated my current vehicle in the deal so they can't do the deal at all! Not only wasted my time but also ran my credit and straight up lied to me. I have all of the emails and texts to back this review up. Bottom Line NEVER GO HERE! More

Wonderful! Frantz Napoleon is an excellent car salesman, and I highly recommend him! After shopping around at multiple Jeep dealerships, I ended up at World Jeep Frantz Napoleon is an excellent car salesman, and I highly recommend him! After shopping around at multiple Jeep dealerships, I ended up at World Jeep, where I felt welcomed and was given excellent customer service. Frantz worked with me to give me the best deal, and ordered a new Jeep Compass for me. The factory did not get the Compass to me in time, so Frantz and Renny Henderson (sales manager) located one for me, and I had it in 2 days! Purchasing was a smooth process. Kristin Inaugurato (finance) helped me with purchasing a tire and rim warranty, and was a delight to work with as well! After my purchase, Bill Morgan (customer advocate) walked me through the ins and outs of my new Compass, and was extremely thorough! With my last car from another dealership, I left there feeling clueless about it. Bill showed me everything I needed to know, and assured me that I could call him at any time if I needed any help. Everyone was extremely friendly, and I will definitely recommend friends and family to come here! I can't thank the staff of World Jeep enough for my awesome experience!! I am one happy customer! More
