GREAT DEAL AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF A co-worker gave me General Manager, Renny Henderson's name. I had been searching for literally 6 months at many dealerships...lots of promises, but A co-worker gave me General Manager, Renny Henderson's name. I had been searching for literally 6 months at many dealerships...lots of promises, but no real deals. Because of the other bad business dealings, I know I drove poor Renny crazy! Yet never once did he complain or make an off remark! But when it came down to final negotiations, we came to final agreement in about 10 minutes. The deal was so good that 3 other dealerships told me WORLD could not possibly sell a vehicle at that price...they did!! From the time I arrived at the dealership, I live in central NJ, till the time I drove away was literally 1 hour, 46 minutes. I would describe Renny as the 3 P's: Professional, Personable and Polite. The staff, especially Allison Gonzalez, were great...very attentive and willing to help in whatever way possible. I have purchased/leased 12 vehicles in my lifetime...this by far was the best experience to date! Do I trust General Manager, Renny and the WORLD Staff...Yes, I do!
