I couldn’t have better things to say about the crew at Herb Chambers of Danvers. I specifically worked with Travis, Jason & Lucas during the buying process and Will during closing. This was my first time Herb Chambers of Danvers. I specifically worked with Travis, Jason & Lucas during the buying process and Will during closing. This was my first time leasing and they made what is often a stressful experience completely seamless. Throughout the entire process, they were responsive, transparent, knowledgable, patient and understanding. I never once felt rushed or pressured to move quickly or increase my budget. Travis (GM) treated me like more than just a customer, going out of his way to make conversation, ask about upcoming trips I had mentioned during a previous visit, and always offering snacks/water. Jason (Sales/Leasing Consultant) was extremely knowledgeable and patient during my numerous test drives and very communicative from start to finish. He is thorough and made sure I had everything I needed at all times - he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lucas (Sales GM) was responsive and flexible to all of my needs and didn’t complain once about the dozens of quotes I requested. He ultimately found the car I ended up leasing in their inventory (a custom order another customer didn’t end up wanting) and I was thrilled. Finally, Will (Business/Finance Manager) made the paperwork part of this process seamless, while still explaining each component to me so I knew what to expect. All in all, the team made my experience a very positive one (with quite a few laughs along the way) and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. You will not be disappointed! More

Bought our second car there last night and had another great experience. If you like no pressure buying experience, this is the place. They did not say to use once, "this is today's deal" or whatever th great experience. If you like no pressure buying experience, this is the place. They did not say to use once, "this is today's deal" or whatever the typical places say to pressure you into buying something. The Managers and Finance people were also very easy to work with. We will definitely be going back. More
