On both occasions I was welcomed, my paperwork was prepared and service wa This was my second visit to the service department for routine maintenance. On both occasions I was welcomed, my paperwork was prepared and service was performed in a professional and timely manner. My salesman, Rex, came over and said hello and asked how my experience with my Subaru was. My car was hand washed and ready for another 6000 miles of driving.
