It’s my 3rd lease with them , never a problem until this time. I didn’t wanted to do a down payment to change my car. The guy that sold me this lease never talk to me about a down payment or gave me any num time. I didn’t wanted to do a down payment to change my car. The guy that sold me this lease never talk to me about a down payment or gave me any number. When I was transfer to finance department I sign a bunch papers and at the end they hit me with a 3,800 down payment , they caught me by surprise and I ended being pressured to do the deal. After that I complained and they told me they would return 30% of the payment and they never pick up the phone again or returned any calls. Very disappointing and frustrating. Never doing business here again. More
