We weren’t sure what we wanted so we went on the internet and saw several possibilities at Tyson Motors. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by a very nice man named Rex. Rex was amazing, he went back and forth several times out in the snow to bring cars by the door for us to look at and he was always so nice an informative. He never pressured us on Anything, which made us feel very comfortable and actually helped in our decision to buy the car, even though we started out expecting to just look and get information. Next Rex brought over Aaron the manager who was a great person to work with, he was so nice and worked to get us the best deal possible. Finally we went back to complete financing with Steve, another great person at Tyson with a wonderful personality. Even though it was getting late, a little after 9 p.m., he was still so nice and courteous, and took his time explaining things so that we understood everything. Last but not least as we were leaving everyone came over and thanked us and asked if we had any questions and Rex offered to show us anything else we wanted to know about the car. Since we had no questions he told us to stop back any time with any questions and he would help. We were taken care of from when we walked in until we walked out and to me that is Wonderful service!!! I would highly recommend coming to this dealership and talking to Rex first, then Aaron, then Steve they are truly genuine people who make you feel comfortable, NOT pressured during the car buying process. Best car buying experience ever From my initial contact with Rex to the delivery of my brand new Dodge Challenger everything was top notch. If Rex wasn't available Larry stepped in all the way up to Aaron who also took some calls from me. I took a bus from Wisconsin to O'Hara and Tyson Motor sent a driver to pick me up. Even Tom was super friendly. So happy with my car (its Plum Crazy) and I love it. My 4 year old grandson thinks it "super cool" and asked if was real. He calls it HotWheels.
