Rex and Larry were super friendly and personable, making the buying experience minimally painful. I really have no complaints pertaining to the sales staff or sales experience... I bought a 2009 Dodge Dakot the buying experience minimally painful. I really have no complaints pertaining to the sales staff or sales experience... I bought a 2009 Dodge Dakota for a very reasonable price. The issue that I do have with the dealership, is the inspection process that used vehicles go through before they go to the sales floor. When I bought the truck, I was told that it had gone through inspection before going up for sale, so I trusted that the brakes were at least usable for a short while, and that there were no notable issues... The brakes were squishier than I was used to, but I didn't think much of it... However, I ended up needing over $1500 in repairs due to damaged parts, and leaky brake line. I was on a very tight budget for this purchase, and that extra 1500 nearly offset the value of my trade in, so that was extremely financially straining to pull off, and required me to go into a bit of debt to have a vehicle that was safe to drive... I would certainly hope that a basic inspection would have caught something I noticed within a day or two of owning the truck just driving it. I sincerely hope that this hasn't happened to anyone else, and I hope Tyson will take steps to improve their inspection process, or perhaps institute one since it seems like there may not even be one in place. Sales staff was excellent, as previously stated, but very disappointed by the inspection. More

Beware when sales tells you something, apparently the are unaware of what is actually included on a vehicle and tell you it is on vehicle when in fact it is not. If you want a jeep that does not have safety unaware of what is actually included on a vehicle and tell you it is on vehicle when in fact it is not. If you want a jeep that does not have safety sensors in front of vehicle then this is vehicle for you, My third and last vehicle I will ever purchase from this dealer. If you want a vehicle that has warning sensors in front don't buy Jeep Grand Cherokee More
