So he lied about it and then continued with that bold lie as his justification for not allowing the full amount of the Kelly Blue book evaluation. I almost walked away immediately. I was also insulted that I turned over 2 key fobs with my trade-in but only received 1 key fob with my purchase and it needed a detail cleaning but did not get one before delivery. Overall, my experience was mostly unpleasant. More

I also had to return to the dealership a couple times for paperwork signing that wasn't requested during initial signing.
