Love this dealership. Everyone there are super cool, they make you feel at home literally. They went beyond in making me happy by providing me the extra key that they didn Everyone there are super cool, they make you feel at home literally. They went beyond in making me happy by providing me the extra key that they didn't have when I purchased the vehicle. They also sent me, by mail with the key the manual that got lost somehow when I left their place. I would give them 4.5 rating. Only issue I have is that they did NOT negotiate lower price of the car, therefore the .5 points off. The whole place is state of the art, along with all their vehicles. I would recommend this place to anyone if you're looking for top notch cars. I will definitely buy there again. Hoping they'll give me a break on a price. Thank you Chicago Auto Place. I had an excellent experience since my initial call to inquire on the vehicle I was interested in and Razel took my call and set up my appointment time for the next day. Chicago Auto Place has been the best buying experience for me. Every aspect of the process is efficient. Although I have purchased locally from them, the last two have been interstate buys. No games, no drama - great deal on great cars shipped to my house. They take care of all the title and tax stuff and ship it to my door. Highly recommend. More
