They went beyond in making me happy by providing me the extra key that they didn't have when I purchased the vehicle. They also sent me, by mail with the key the manual that got lost somehow when I left their place. I would give them 4.5 rating. Only issue I have is that they did NOT negotiate lower price of the car, therefore the .5 points off. The whole place is state of the art, along with all their vehicles. I would recommend this place to anyone if you're looking for top notch cars. I will definitely buy there again. Hoping they'll give me a break on a price. Thank you Chicago Auto Place.
