They have absolutely dropped the ball on EVERY VISIT and damaged my car.They will only fix it if I agree to not post any negative reviews and I must pull all reviews down that I have already left. More

Mr Keck, With all due respect, we took pictures of your vehicle when we valeted it from your home and we have pictures of it when we brought it back. There was no damage in those photos, and we spoke with the driver, who you even said was a super nice guy, and he did not have any incidents while driving your vehicle. We even offered to pay for the damage, and in exchange, we had asked for you to cease diminishing the efforts of our staff thru social media. Our staff has bent over backwards to satisfy your service needs even though you didn't purchase your vehicle from us. Since we do not seem to be able to meet your expectations, we invite you to service your Genesis at a dealer even closer to your home. We wish you well.
