Service was quick, much quicker than Cookeville,TN Ford dealership and they're 1/4th the size as the Cookeville dealership. The Cookeville dealer you make an appointment and you show up for your appointmen dealership and they're 1/4th the size as the Cookeville dealership. The Cookeville dealer you make an appointment and you show up for your appointment and there's 15 car's in front of you and it takes 30-40 minutes pasts your appointment time. Sparta on the other hand I made an appointment for 11am and I got in at 11am. The employees were very helpful to the point they saw I needed new tires and went ahead and printed me up a bill of how much everything would cost for the tires should I want to do it. I didn't even have to ask them. That's fantastic service👍! The same service at the Cookeville Ford dealership would've cost me 50 dollars more for a oil change for some reason. Definitely will come back to Ford of Sparta. More
