I bought a brand new OEM combox it is the exact part # Ryland gave me with a 2 year bmw warranty and your technician said it couldn’t be programmed to my car and said it was used but it is brand new just need programmed to my car I traveled 2 hours to get this done and tried to explain to you guys they didn’t seem to want to help me I contacted the company I bought it from they said your service department is wrong it is brand new authentic BMW and you should have taken care of it either programmed or dealt with warranty
