I was very nice unhappy with the amount of time it took, I came in for a recall which I was told would take 45 minutes to an hour 45 minutes later I was told there was another issue that came up and would o I came in for a recall which I was told would take 45 minutes to an hour 45 minutes later I was told there was another issue that came up and would only take another 45 minutes to an hour. An hour and 15 minutes later I had to go and ask how much longer my car would take, oh another 15 minutes, 15 minutes later I come back oh it’ll be another 16 minutes. Also while I was there I used the bathroom and it was disgusting, the urinal had urine and hair all over it and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks More

They were going to charge me to update software for music. When I took my car months ago and it never was fixed correctly. Poor service Dropped car off in AM for service and the shuttle service was okay but the vehicle was very messy and dirty. Service forgot put cabin filter in and when I called and spoke to Ric who would not let me speak and kept talking over me. Said they would put the filter back in but I asked for a new one due to the inconvenience. They said no so I asked to speak to a manager who still hasn't returned my call. I will buy a new filter and install myself. However, I will not be bringing my vehicle back here again for service. Nor will I buy another vehicle from them... More

Couldn't be more happier with the service I received from the staff in the service department. Specifically my service writer Ric & service director Eric. I was having an issue with the lift gates on my 2012 the staff in the service department. Specifically my service writer Ric & service director Eric. I was having an issue with the lift gates on my 2012 Rogue. They were able to diagnose quickly and fix immediately. The price was extremely fair and less expensive than the other Nissan stores I visited. I would go back to these guys in a heart beat!! More
