They did a good job in analyzing the problem with the transmission. However, I AGAIN asked them not to change the seat position and OF COURSE they did!!! Very frustrating!! When I went to pay, the girl transmission. However, I AGAIN asked them not to change the seat position and OF COURSE they did!!! Very frustrating!! When I went to pay, the girl did NOT have any kind of sanitizer (she said) to wipe off the pen!! Finally she had a box of new ones, but that was not a good experience!! More

Great service The only thing I noticed which made me pause for a moment was that the person who brought my car around after the service was done did not have a mask The only thing I noticed which made me pause for a moment was that the person who brought my car around after the service was done did not have a mask on. I always carry disinfectant wipes with me so I wiped down the inside of my car before I touched anything. I would suggest the use of masks for anyone driving another persons vehicle. More

The service department is always quick and professional. When the needed repairs were going to take longer than originally estimated they offered me a loaner car for the next day. Everything was easy!
