I had originally gone into Kia Greenway North back in May after already having previous bad experiences with them because they sent me messages offering great deals on a car and I needed a car. I should have stayed away. We did purchase a car though and we specifically asked if they did the free oil changes for life. We were told by the original person that sold us the car, “yes” since we bought the car at Kia. The original contract was scrapped in October due to Kia dropping the ball on paperwork per the finance company, so we had to go back in and fill out another contract and get another finance company. At that time I asked if the contract would be the same and was told yes. Long, long, frustrating story short, I went in for an oil today and was told that wasn’t part of the contract that we signed in October. It should have known it was going to be a bad experience today when I pulled up and one man was asking for a manager, another couple was upset about there experience and screaming, and then they couldn’t find my appointment lol. NEVER EVER again will I go there for anything. More

Terrible since we bought the vehicle. Then since I have no choice but to go to that location for life time oil changes I went there for a 10:15am Saturday appointment and it was 20 mins b Then since I have no choice but to go to that location for life time oil changes I went there for a 10:15am Saturday appointment and it was 20 mins before I spoke to the person then a three hour wait. Had to leave the car and get picked up. Then 3 days after they did the oil change my car check engine light came on along with the oil light and said to service vehicle immediately. Car had zero oil in it. Had to have it towed back to them so they could rectify their mistake. Cost me a half of day of work and no vehicle for a day. Huge inconvenience and then when I asked what I can do to get a refund for the life time oil changes I never received a message back. Crickets!!!!! I Will never bring my car back to this location. More
