Very unhappy with the professionalism and wait My husband and I went to purchase a Honda Civic. Upon pickup of our car, we found it extremely scratched and dented once it was detailed. We chose n My husband and I went to purchase a Honda Civic. Upon pickup of our car, we found it extremely scratched and dented once it was detailed. We chose not to leave with the car, the "manager" came out and said to us, if we weren't happy we could reverse the paperwork, which we proceeded to do. After a 5 minute wait, yes only 5 minutes, he said we were all set, financing and paperwork had been reversed and that our deposit will be sent to us within 5-7 days, once the check cleared. After a week and a half, we started getting paperwork from the financial institution thanking us for our purchase. After another receipt of this confirmation in the mail, my husband stopped there to address this. Not only had the "finance guy" not been notified, but no request was issued for a refund of our deposit as well. Needless to say, after three weeks, we got our refund, mind you my husband and to go and question it once again in order to receive it, but the paperwork was finally requested to cancel the sale. I just found this whole experience unprofessional and lack of communication amongst the sales/finance team. I was somewhat satisfied with our salesman at the time, however, I did find his lack of communication once we experienced problems, a little unprofessional. More

Ricardo is great at what he does, and that is making sure his customers leave happy. He was able to get me EVERYTHING the wife wanted in a car, at the numbers that worked for me!. While Grieco took care of all the paperwork and saved me a trip to the DMV! Their finance team is just as amazing and caring! They were able to get me a lower payment from another bank SECONDS before signing with a different one. Talk about saving the customer money!. Will be gladly returning for another vehicle Soon! More

Service department needs improvement. They kept the car 5 days. Seemed to not know status of car when I called and even where it was. . When I finally picked up the car one thing was still not fixed. Finally my salesman Ricardo, great guy, solved my car problem. This dealership certainly needs to improve its record keeping and communication with customers. More
