Excellent customer service I just purchased a 2015 Camaro 2SS. I wanted an affordable American sports car and narrowed my choices to the Camaro and the Ford Mustang. This was I just purchased a 2015 Camaro 2SS. I wanted an affordable American sports car and narrowed my choices to the Camaro and the Ford Mustang. This was the first stop on my list of dealerships to visit. When I arrived at the dealership I was approached by salesman Ricardo Nelson. After explaining my reason for the visit he advised me of an amazing vehicle for sale which had just been discounted for November 2015. He provided with the cost analysis I requested against the vehicle I originally sought to purchase, which was at a lower price, that gave me the level of comfort I needed before making the purchase. The sale went through without pressure and his professionalism and constant follow-up communication with me is what I have been looking for since my first vehicle purchase in 1988, and there have been several since. I am very happy. By the way, I never made it to Ford or anywhere else. Sales manager Bob Schwarz and business manager Michael Gierum were equally professional in their roles adding to a total experience. More

I was paired with a friendly , non pushy salesperson , Ricardo Nelson , who took me for a test ride and then we discussed some leasing options on select trim levels. In a short time , I realized that the deals were very fair , and I decided to let this be the place to bring my business. They actually got the car that day and prepped it , and I was out the door in no time on my way to pick up my wife at the airport in a new car. We went back the next day to get a tutorial on all the bells and whistles . We were Very impressed with the entire staff. More
