I'm very satisfied with the service of Audi Pasadena. I chose an Audi A4 2023 online and went to check it out in person and there were no surprises, Everything was the same as posted on website. My Sales Agent Rick, did an amazing job assisting me and honoring my requests of adjusting the package. I also got a great trade-in value for my old vehicle. Audi Pasadena is the best, I met with 5 other local Audi dealers and they did not compare. Rick and Jason are honest salesmen they worked with me and gave me a nice deal. Best experience buying a car I've ever had. Rick was very easy to work with and a cool guy. Quick responses to my texts and explained everything so I understand. Vianka was very friendly and worked with me to get a good deal. The finance lady went out of her way to give me food when I was hungry. The detail department made my car look great on the way out.
