Yes I would recommend Bob Ross GMC. I would, however, suggest that you improve your AI bot, Sophie. My experience was good up until the point when I signed the paperwork. The vehicle needed to be detailed, so I planned to come back that evening to pick it up. There were several seat stains and a seat belt that I specifically asked to be cleaned, but when I picked it up, it didn't look any better (I'm not sure if they tried). When I complained the service tech said he would talk with his manager and get back to me. That never happened even after several follow ups with my sales rep, Ricardo Rutledge. It's been a few weeks now, and I still haven't heard back from anyone. More

The staff in the maintenance department and the technician were top notch. I also feel they went above and beyond to help me find assistance from General Motors in a known and ignored design flaw b technician were top notch.
