Back in January I ordered a jeep optioned out exactly how I had always wanted. My sales person Rich and the rest of the people at Pellegrino, appreciated my business much more than the other local dealershi I had always wanted. My sales person Rich and the rest of the people at Pellegrino, appreciated my business much more than the other local dealerships in the area. They were not only competitively priced, they were also very friendly and customer centric this was a refreshing change, to most of my car buying experiences. I felt like they truly appreciated my business, and they made the buying experience smooth and efficient. When the jeep was delivered they called to make an appointment for me to come in and finalize the purchase. When I arrived the paperwork was ready, tyr vehicle was completely detailed the tank was full, and the temp tags were installed on the vehicle, we wrapped up the purchase in about 30 minutes and we spent an additional 30 minutes reviewing the vehicle. All in all I spent 60 minutes at the dealership and was on my way. Another refreshing first time experience at a car dealership. Nothing but good things to say about this very well run dealership which is a reflection of the leadership and all of the people that work there. More
