I was only there to look around and maybe start looking into buying another truck. Dominick made me feel very comfortable with the way he handled himself and actually listened to what I wanted. The sales manager solidified that I needed to buy from this dealership. The signing of the paperwork was so easy, wife and I couldn’t believe it! I work 3 miles from the largest volume Ford dealership and drive by Veterans ford (which is the worst) everyday. I will gladly drive pass these other dealerships and drive out of my way to Ford of Port Richey for any of my vehicle’s needs. I will refer anyone I meet to visit Dominick and Ford of Port Richey. I can’t say enough about how great Dominick made the purchase such a positive and memorable customer experience!! 5 out of 5 stars for customer service, family feel, pricing, inventory, and employees. Everyone was extremely polite from out sales associate Keith McCausland, his manager Rich Chansky, and The Finance Curtiss DeGarmo were excellent to work with. The reason for our visit was to look at a 2024 Ford Mach e that was listed for sale. The quickly located the vehicle, facilitated a test drive, and answered all questions asked. It was actually an enjoyable / stress free experience. It took very little time to successfully negotiate an excellent deal. Once everything was agreed upon, the car was prepped and we were in an out of financing in a very short amount of time. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. More
