Dwayne worked very hard to find the car I wanted for a price I did not think was possible. Not only did he find the car, but had it there the next day. Joe Vaught was extremely helpful in explaining the different models, and showed us several cars. The Red Tag Sale this weekend was the only way we could afford a new car, as opposed to a used car. I worked with Alex Abdull and Rich Critz when ordering a new 2013 Ram 3500. They were both very helpful, responsive, and not pressuring. The dealership is clean and easy to work with. Joey and Rich were Excellent!!!! I made my purchase from Joey for 3 reasons. 1. He was straight with me. If he did not have the answers for me he was upfront about it and found the answers and got back to Joey for 3 reasons. 1. He was straight with me. If he did not have the answers for me he was upfront about it and found the answers and got back to me. 2. He is the first salesman that has not been afraid to tell me answers he knew I did NOT want to hear, but gave me the honest truth instead. 3. And most important of all, he was not pushy. I did not ever hear the "Lets get you in this _____ today" line followed by the usual BS we all expect to hear from a salesman. All my questions were answered, he found what I wanted and let me come to my own decision at my own pace. Thank You. That will bring me back. My only reason for the overall experience being a 4 is, I cant remember who it is (Not Joey) that I sat down to write the check with after I made the commitment to buy, a 3rd party extended warranty was pushed VERY hard on me without really any explanation of how it worked. I will do business again with Joey More
