We contacted the dealer following the instructions on the back to confirm and were told to come in to claim our prize. We took a little time to look at new Pathfinders and Rogues to replace my fiance's BMW, the sales person refused to look any further at the mailer without talking about cars. We figured, what the xxxx, we were already planning on replacing the car. After 2 hours of high-pressure sales from an extremely pushy salesman, we got ready to leave to discuss the situation further and asked about the prize. We were told that we DIDN'T win anything, despite the fact that the mailer claimed a prize AND the person that we dialed confirmed us to come in and claim it. The dealers are soliciting foot traffic using deceptive sales tactics that are both deceptive and morally corrupt. I would highly recommend avoiding this dealer, as this is a clear indication that they are willing to go to any length to take advantage of you. You can find evidence of this by searching their online reviews, they do this quite often. More

It is not what they appear to make it out to be. If you do buy "Certified" pre owned, do plan on leaving the dealership and going to get the oil changed that they said they had already done and new air filter and that is all I know of since I have not owned it a month yet. The extended warranty they "give" you cost around $1700. I made a bad decision, which I will own that. Just would like to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake. More
