I loved my first Ho This past Thursday I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from Curry. This is the second car I have purchased from Curry Honda of Chicopee. I loved my first Honda and have always been very satisfied with the Curry Service Department. I was pretty stressed that day because I was not planning this purchase quite so soon but my much loved old van was suddenly no longer drivable. I do not make decisions quickly and Richard Ethier was very patient, and did not pressure me at all. He could have said things like " well if you don't decide quickly this car won't be here". He never did that. Richard answered every question and spent a lot of time. On the day I picked the car up he also explained it's many features and, since I am a senior citizen, I especially appreciated him setting up the "hands free" phone feature and showing me the technology that was new to me. I highly recommend Richard to anyone buying a car. He is knowledgeable, patient and made what can be a very stressful process less so. Thank you Richard! More
