He is an extremely helpful salesman and had specific answers to our questions about the vehicle. We found our salesman to be very knowledgeable about the Honda models we were looking into purchasing and could tell us details on the specific used vehicles on the lot as well. We felt very confident and comfortable working with Rich. We did not feel pressured at any time to choose something we were not satisfied with. We decided to purchase a 2012 Accord. The purchasing process was very smooth and efficient and we were pleased that the negotiation of our trade went smoothly as well. All finance and warranty information was explained by David in detail, which allowed us to make an informed decision. Rich and David stayed an hour after the dealership closed to help us finish with the purchase process. At no time did we feel like we were an imposition, even though they may have had better things to do at that time. At the time of purchase, our things were transferred from our trade vehicle to the new vehicle: plates were switched over, blue tooth was set up, etc. Rich took the time to tell us all about the special features of our new car after the purchase was made, too. Also, this dealership coordinates with the DMV, so they completed the DMV tag transfer and registration for me! No sitting forever at the DMV!! Harrisonburg Honda also followed up with our insurance company the next morning to verify all the information they needed was received as well. We have never had such a great car-buying experience before. Rich and David were truly committed to an exceptional customer service experience. Rich Glovier took car buying experience to a level that you can actually enjoy it!!! When I first heard my husband said we need a new car, I was very excited for the first 5 minutes, and then it followed you can actually enjoy it!!! When I first heard my husband said we need a new car, I was very excited for the first 5 minutes, and then it followed with couple days of headache of the thoughts of dealing with car salesperson. When we started looking for our Pilot, we contacted several dealerships around DC area via online price quote, and Harrisonburg, VA offered us the best deal. In the beginning, we think it was too good to be true, there must be a catch waiting for us when we show up at the dealer. Rich and us kept exchange emails on exactly what we wanted down to the color, the model and the add ons. After both parties agreed on the final price, he wrote us an OUT OF DOOR itemized contract via email. That was the first time I called him and gave him our credit card number for a deposit. 3 days later, when he called us and told us the car was ready, we took a very nice drive to Harrisonburg, VA. Just like the others, we were mentally prepared to get bombarded with hiccups and road blocks, but there was none. Everything was perfect, the car was exactly what we wanted, and the paperwork and final cost was exactly what he quoted us. We were out of the dealership after 1.5 hour, and half of the time was because we took the car for a test drive. I will go back to Honda Harrisonburg, VA for our next car because they have the most honest, professional people working there. Ever since we got back, I have been telling all my friends that the 2 hour drive was really worth it. More

Rich & Jean are a team who know how the internet can be used to everyone's advantage. I contacted Harrisonburg Honda with an inquiry about purchasing a new Civic. I was willing to drive up to 2 hours be used to everyone's advantage. I contacted Harrisonburg Honda with an inquiry about purchasing a new Civic. I was willing to drive up to 2 hours to get a competitive price but only had time to take care of all the preliminary questions by email. I asked for a clear, itemized price quote ...and I got it. I asked for a clarification about an option ...and I got it. A few days later, when it was apparent Harrisonburg Honda had given me a best price, I asked for a way to make the deal firm without making the trip over more than once ...and, of course, I got it. Two days later I headed out to Harrisonburg to finalize the purchase. All the way over I prepared myself for a glitch that would take the whole day to sort out ...and there were no glitches! The financial contract was exactly what I expected, the paperwork was all set except for lots of signing and the car was prepped to go, exactly as promised. Care was taken to be sure I understood how to find and work everything on the new dash, how to adjust seats & mirrors, etc. The overall atmosphere was always welcoming and the group of people who pulled together all the day-of-purchase details clearly worked very well together. Jean & Rich earn my special endorsement for their ability to really listen to needs & preferences, their honesty and follow-through and their teamwork - which made my experience seamless no matter what day or time I needed answers. I was looking at getting a new Honda Accord for quite some time. I had heard lots of good things about Harrisonburg Honda and decided that I would go there to look at a new car. I was looking online and some time. I had heard lots of good things about Harrisonburg Honda and decided that I would go there to look at a new car. I was looking online and clicked on an e-price and got in contact with Rich. When we arrived to the dealership, we weren't bombarded with salesman. The gentleman that came up to me was very helpful in finding Rich. Rich came outside to meet us and pulled the new Accord up to the front for us to look at. Our daughter was taking a nap and Rich was so nice about that, so he would come go in and out of the dealership to get information and get the sale going. All the other places we had been, they told us that we had to wake up our daughter and just stay inside. We test drove the new Honda and fell in love with it. They did an excellent job with our trade and worked with us with financing. David, the finance guy, did an excellent job of making things work for us. He was very pleasant to work with. We were there until they closed, and even a few minutes past, and they weren't pushy to get us out of there. They were very patient and didn't make us feel rushed. I would definitely work with Rich again and would highly recommend Harrisonburg Honda. This was the best dealership I have ever worked with. More

We worked with Rich Glovier on the purchase of our new Pilot (our 2nd new Honda we've bought through Rich). Rich was extremely well versed in the details of the car and of comments/comparisons in the maj Pilot (our 2nd new Honda we've bought through Rich). Rich was extremely well versed in the details of the car and of comments/comparisons in the major reviewing companies. Rich let us work at our own pace while still providing beneficial feedback. After our purchase, Rich took a great deal of his own time helping to ensure that the settings of the Pilot were adjusted just as we wanted as we took our new Pilot off the lot. We would happily work with Rich again. More
