The overall experience was excellent. I, like many others, avoid the car dealership experience at all costs. It was helpful to have the first contact through the on line representatives. When we did arrive at the dealership, there was no pressure and none of the "car salesman" feeling that I usually associate with car dealerships. Following the first meeting, Rich was accesible but did not pressure us into making a decision. My only negative interaction was when I met with Yev. The entire process of extended warranty shopping brought back all the feelings I associate with car dealerships. I would have preferred that the options were presented with clear price tags allowing me to make a decision. The presentation of "packages" was unclear and I walked away feeling as if I had been "had". Given the stellar service at every other part of our dealings, I would think that Harrisonburg Honda would look into this part of their practice. More
