When we arrived, Rich was prepared with all the necessary details for each of the cars. He took my son and I to each car so we could a feel for each one. We narrowed it down to 3 cars to test drive and ultimately picked a Nissan Maxima SV. Rich offered great advice, no pressure and answered all of our questions. I'll be back to purchase a third car in a couple of months because of the great service and competitive pricing. Strongly recommended! More

Already had an approval for financing so I just needed to make sure I liked the vehicle and to get my used car appraised. I worked with Rich and he was nice and prompt and had the vehicle ready by the door for me to look at when I got there. There wasn't much haggling in the process and I was able to get all info to them to hold my vehicle until the financing was completed (my financing company was difficult theu most of the process). I worked with Dimitri and Marina as well and they all went above and beyond to take care of the unorthodox way the financing company wanted things done. It took a few days, countless emails and phone calls, but we got it done and my wife and I couldn't be happier. They were very understanding and easy to work with thru the whole process. I plan on checking them out again for my next vehicle. Thanks guys! More

Before I purchased from Certified Autoplex, I visited many other dealers nearby Irving, Dallas & Fort Worth. Once entered in their dear show room, they all wants to take decision within few minutes without giving proper information about their products but here at Certified Autoplex, I got different experience. First time I saw, they are Customer Friendly and giving them all options and time to think. Because of that customers can choose better options as per their requirements. I saw Sales and Service people at Certified Autoplex, they are not running behind the customer to force them to buy quickly but they wants to deliver better service and products. Thank you. More

Was thinking about flying to Chicago or Minneapolis when a car popped up in Carrollt I was doing nationwide searches for an S4 with specific options. Was thinking about flying to Chicago or Minneapolis when a car popped up in Carrollton, 20 minutes from the office. Rich was fantastic from the first handshake and really made the experience a good one. The car was what I was looking for and I got financing squared away on my own only to find that Rich could get me an even better rate! When I arrived to close the deal, finance had already pre-processed everything so the time needed to get through the paperwork was at a minimum. Certified included a lifetime powertrain warranty which I greatly appreciate. The detail shop had this S4 looking brand new when I left the dealership. Thanks to everyone for making it a special day and the best car buying experience so far. More
