If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My car had a blown head gasket and was covered under warranty. Months later I dealt with a failing engine mount that my mechanic said was a result of My car had a blown head gasket and was covered under warranty. Months later I dealt with a failing engine mount that my mechanic said was a result of their faulty repair. Was told the service manager would call me back and he didn’t. Now I’m dealing with 6k repairs for leaks all associated with the work they did on the head gasket and was told there is nothing they can do since it’s 9 months past the parts warranty. This was all verified my my mechanics. If they did the job right the first time, all this wouldn’t have happened. Lousy technicians and even worse that they don’t stand behind their work. I took my truck in for a warranty service the oil pan is leaking a touch, and I asked them to look at the steering gear box that it appears to be leaking around the sensor. They called me up saying the stee leaking a touch, and I asked them to look at the steering gear box that it appears to be leaking around the sensor. They called me up saying the steering gear box is bad the idler arm is bad the pitman arm is bad and the hydro boost is leaking into the truck and wanted to charge me some god awful amount to repair it, I told them to just repair the oil pan that is still under warranty, they then said they need $1,200.00 to remove the cross member because the truck has a 5" lift on it needless to say I told them that I will just come get the truck, the truck only has 50,000 miles on it and I got the truck with the lift. I had another shop look at the truck they did say the idler arm and pitman arm got a little play not bad but will need to be addressed the steering gear box is fine it is leaking from the sensor like I thought it was and the hydro boost is not leaking inside the truck, I will never take my truck back to this dealer for repairs. I gave the dealership 5 stars before because they were helpful in buying a new vehicle. I take that back. After buying the vehicle, I had a couple of questions about the Infotainment system after the fr helpful in buying a new vehicle. I take that back. After buying the vehicle, I had a couple of questions about the Infotainment system after the free trial had ended. I contacted Katey my sales person and Rich her boss after not hearing back from Katey. Neither ever responded at all and I emailed them each a couple of times. Obviously, once your check cashes they don't give one dam about you. I find that hugely disappointing and rude. I don't deserve this disrespect and I won't accept it. There are surely better dealers out there than these people. I do not recommend buying or servicing your vehicle here, they don't deserve your money and you don't need to have to worry about dealing with people like this. More
