Rich spent his early life in the United States Army and entered the automotive industry in 1986. Joining our Ryan team in 2022, Rich brought with him all those valuable years of experience and is able to give excellent advice and service to our guests. Away from the office, Rich (who also goes by Grandpa, Pop Pop and Papa), spends a great deal of his free time working on his cabin, or enjoying the great Minnesota outdoors with a fishing pole in his hand.

With one dealing I would not attempt to rate the dealership. It’s too early to have a strong opinion about the vehicle. However the interaction with the salesman was quite negative. Since I’m hearing that impaired I was fortunate to have a nephew willing to handle the process on phones for me. In person at the dealership it seemed there unreasonable animosity from the salesman toward my nephew. And towards me when I asked questions. Had it not been for my nephew this sale would not have taken place nor is likely that I would buy from your company again. More

These guys were absolutely amazing. Ive bought alot of trucks, here and there. Chad, Rich and Dan were absolutely wonderful and were on top of all the details as they helped me with my purchase. They worked so well together for each phase of my out of state purchase and shipping of my top of all the details as they helped me with my purchase.
