We highly recommend Rich Kramer at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights. Rich was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and detail-oriented. He made the process super easy and we appreciated the quick tour o Sterling Heights. Rich was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and detail-oriented.
