Fair, friendly, and easy! I was looking to replace my old car, which, at 10 years old, was getting a little unreliable. After looking around online, I saw the certified used cars at Preston. I received a phone call only a few minutes after clicking online to indicate my interest in a particular model. Victor was friendly and very personable, and we set up a test drive for later in the week. He sent me an email beforehand with a list of all the documents I would need in hand for a trade, so no surprises there. My Grand Am went in for an appraisal as we took a test drive, and Victor had a breakdown of the numbers right away. In the end, I am very happy with the price - I did a lot of research online, and think what I paid was spot on. The whole affair was relaxed and stress free - one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. I will certainly recommend Preston Toyota to anyone else who is looking for a car. More

My husband and I are from Pittsburgh and went to multiple dealerships, which I can not say was a great experience, BUT fortunately, we saw Toyota Of Boardman on AutoTrader. I had many questions and called many times to ask Nick questions and he was very patient and took the extra time to help us out. We drove all the way to Boardman, OH for this car which was beautiful, in great condition, and Nick worked with us to get us a great price! We were not easy to finance, but Nick was still very patient. In the end we drove away with the car we wanted at the price we wanted! There was another guy who helped finance us, he was great I wish I could remeber his name. If I find out I will give him a review too. Thank you Nick More

We were told from a family member that we would be very happy with what they had in stock, and the staff. It was more then we could have hoped for. Shane Lanigan and Doug Wilt helped us on our visit, they were very easy to work with and were not pushy. They only showed me what I wanted and helped me figure out what would be best for my family. After test driving a few different vehicles we decided on the Toyota Sienna. They helped us pick out the model, color, and accessories. They also took the time to show us everything that we could get. They made us feel like we were they only customers there. After getting the vehicle in they made sure that we knew how everything worked in the vehicle before we even left the dealership, and also contacted me afterwards to make sure everything is still good. I will be going back next time in need a new vehicle along with recommending anyone that needs a vehicle to stop in and seeing what they have to offer. More

Before he asked any questions he allowed me to test drive the car then we discussed business. This is something I have never experienced at any other dealer. He made me feel like I already owned the car!! Jessica greeted me with a smile and assisted Kevin Bertilcalli, who was just as friendly and polite with getting the car ready and prepped for me to drive home. I loved the atmosphere!!! I would recommend Toyota of Boardman a thousand times over!!!! Thanks Doug for providing me with options to get a lender and Thank you Rich for finalizing the paperwork portion!!! More
