Very easy/transparent CPO purchase process I had been looking at used Toyota Certified Venza's when one came up for sale at Toyota of Boardman. I thought I'd have to go back to pick up the car later, but they were able to complete the entire process (car sale, trade in, and financing) in two hours. Finance team also did a great job getting me a very competitive rate. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with this team again. More

Friendly and listens to deatail (What I wanted) Also I need to put a plug in for the gen mgr (Doug Peters,most dealerships the gen mgr hides behind the curtain (like the wizard of oz) lol, But he to couldn't have been more kinder to me! A new(used) RAV4 for me I have had a RAV4 since 2009 and it's been a great vehicle for me. I decided it was time to replace my 09 with a newer model and Keven Bertilacci was I have had a RAV4 since 2009 and it's been a great vehicle for me. I decided it was time to replace my 09 with a newer model and Keven Bertilacci was great to keep his eyes out for a RAV4 that fit my requirements. Kevin also sold me my first RAV4 in 2009.
