Fast and fun I had been to other dealerships to scout out a new car. Kevin Bertilacci was my sale rep and he went above and beyond to accommodate any request I had. Once I left the dealership, I had further questions and I never had to track him down. He was very accommodating, friendly and kind. This was a painless process for me as I went in on a Tuesday for an hour or so then went back in 2 days later and left with a beautiful Hybrid Camry that was very affordable. I had visited various dealerships in Pa., W Va. and Ohio and did not have very good experiences. The friendliness and great personality of Jim far exceeded what I experienced at any of the other dealerships. Jim was truly interested in what I was looking for, there was absoutley no pressure put on me, and he just put me at such ease in the process. Jim suggested I take a test drive in the Camry to see how I liked the car. We went back inside the dealership and talked some more regarding the program Toyota was offering, etc. I signed up for the 36 mo lease program, paperwork was completed and I drove off with my new car. Rich was also a pleasure to deal with in completing all the necessary paperwork. Jim Barth is truly a professional salesperson. I would highly recommend Toyota of Boardman dealership. More
