NO negotiation and I wonder where my trade in went. So I had no choice and bought the car. How nice. Their finance guy claims to be a Pastor but don't let that give you confidence. They're just like every other dealer, but with a few new tricks. Buy a Chevy. More

I had a lot of negative equity in my car and was nervous about getting into another vehicle, but Rich heard me out, he listened to what I needed, he listened to my small wish list and he made it happen. There was no stress on my part at all! Now I have my brand new 2017 Kia Forte and my payment didn't even increase! They are complete angels and I would send everyone their way. I can't say enough good things about Rich....he was patient, and he worked with me and for me. The whole process was relaxing and smooth...and those are words I never thought I would use to describe such a major purchase! I'm actually relocating, but if I ever need to buy another car, I will literally travel to Crystal River to buy it from Citrus Kia! Thank you a thousand times over...I am beyond grateful! More

Today was the day my friend summoned her courage and hope and walked into the dealership. Rich was at the door when we arrived at the scheduled time and from the moment we walked in, the whole experience was positive, professional, calm and supportive. Praise is also due to Brent Lucas who expertly and patiently explained the financial and closing paperwork. I was set to keep on driving my 2002 Honda for awhile longer rather than go through the typical sales pressure as I had experienced. I'm so glad I came across Kia Citrus o change my mind. Calm and pleasing, never agressive, eager to please. This was our first experience with Citrus Kia. I checked out the dealership on line and picked out a vehicle we were interested in and was soon sent This was our first experience with Citrus Kia. I checked out the dealership on line and picked out a vehicle we were interested in and was soon sent an email by Rich Meier. I let the email sit for a day or two and then gave a call to Rich. It was later in the day and he was home and I said I could call him back the next day but he said he was glad to talk to me about the car. We talked a little while and the next day I called and told him we were coming in to talk to him. He was very helpful explaining how they worked there, calm collected and not pushy. The whole experience was lengthy from start to finish, but we understood things had to be worked out. We got the vehicle we wanted and are very pleased with it. More
